Countrywide Asset & Auto Recovery is unique in that most assignments are worked twice in the first 24 hours by our field agents covering both night and day shifts. Our agents are trained and certified by the Recovery Specialist Insurance Group and/or CARS. CAAR agents use wireless connected laptops that allow for real time updates, recovery information, and condition reports that are all reported to our Recovery Operations Center immediately.

CAAR's Recovery Operations Center is staffed with experienced caseworkers who have first hand experience as field agents or were once collectors for a financial company. Each client is assigned a dedicated caseworker who is ready to assist you in the recovery process through skip tracing, timely updates and expert knowledge that only years of experience can bring. Whether its through your password protected access to our Recovery Database Network (RDN) or your very own assigned caseworker, you quickly get the information you want and need, including quality condition reports, pictures, and accurate invoices.
